findmyvisa: Building a Done-for-You Schengen Visa Service and Free UK Visa Tools
The Challenge
UK residents applying for a Schengen visa face 28 visa-issuing destinations, each with its own consulate rules and visa-centre fees, and an agency market where service fees are rarely published up front. In findmyvisa's own June 2026 survey of UK Schengen services, service fees ran from £79 to £252 on top of the same official fees. Separately, UK visa applicants struggle with the mechanics — documents in the order UKVI expects, PDFs squeezed under the 2 MB VFS Global and 6 MB UKVCAS upload limits, route-specific checklists. WayaNerd Ltd built findmyvisa to fix both: a transparently priced done-for-you service, and the free tools around it.
The Solution
findmyvisa.co.uk prepares Schengen visa applications for people living in the UK at a flat £99 service fee for any destination, ready within 24 hours of the applicant's documents; the official fees (the consulate fee and the visa-centre fee) are paid by the applicant at the centre and never marked up. It also offers a £129 prepared-for-you US visitor visa service for non-British UK residents. Around it sits a free, browser-based UK visa toolkit — a PDF bundler that orders documents per UKVI conventions, a compressor sized for the portal limits, a personalised checklist generator, fee, points and ILR calculators, and a Schengen 90/180-day calculator — plus a UK→Schengen Visa Cost Index covering all 28 destinations with each fee checked against the official source and labelled where estimated. UK visa-route content is reviewed by an IAA-registered immigration adviser before publication, every guide shows its verification date, and the site is explicit about what it is not: no slot-alert bots, no immigration advice. It is operated by WayaNerd Ltd and declared as part of the WayaNerd group on its own pages — the same build-and-operate capability we bring to custom-development clients.
