The platform fee is only part of the cost. Most UK organisations need 2-4 engineers plus a product owner to deliver and run Dialogflow well. Once people, maintenance and opportunity cost are added in, a managed WayaNerd deployment is typically cheaper and materially faster.
Where appropriate, yes. We select model providers based on accuracy, latency, cost and data residency needs. For some UK clients that means Google models; for others it means Anthropic, OpenAI or open-weight models. The choice is optimised for your outcomes, not the vendor's.
Yes. We have migrated several UK clients from partially completed Dialogflow builds. We reuse the training data and intent structure where it adds value, and rebuild the conversation layer on our managed stack.
Dialogflow has strong native voice support via Contact Center AI. For voice-heavy UK deployments we typically integrate specialist voice providers alongside our text AI, so you still get a single managed service with the right voice capability.
